United States Sixth Circuit
Bah v. Gonzales, 04-3454
A petition for review of a decision denying her applications for asylum, and related relief is denied where: 1) the BIA's application of a streamlining process did not violate her due process rights; 2) an IJ's adverse credibility finding was based on reasonable, substantial evidence; and 3) and her claims for relief, based on a fear that her daughters would be subjected to female genital mutilation, failed.
