United States Sixth Circuit
Lumaj v. Gonzales, 05-3350
A petition for review of a denial of petitioner's claim for asylum and voluntary withholding of removal is denied where: 1) the BIA's review process did not violate her constitutional rights; 2) there was no error in an IJ's conclusion that petitioner was not persecuted on the basis of her political beliefs; and 3) substantial evidence supported a finding that she could not show a well-founded fear of future persecution.
