Bell v. Bell, 04-5523

Dismissal of a habeas petition in a murder case is reversed and the petition for habeas relief granted where the district court erred in denying relief on petitioner's claim that the prosecution withheld material impeachment information regarding a witness in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963).
