US v. Cruz, 05-6746

A sentence for interstate domestic violence and kidnapping is affirmed where the district judge correctly calculated the guidelines range, adequately considered statutory factors and permissibly exercised his independent judgment in sentencing defendant, and thus, any error in its description of the sentencing process was harmless.
