BIRCH v. CUYAHOGA COUNTY PROBATE COURT, 03-3228

Dismissal of plaintiff's sex-based wage discrimination claim under the Ohio Civil Rights Act is reversed where there is sufficient evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact as to whether plaintiff's salary was set lower than it would have been had she been a man.
