RODGERS v. BANKS, 01-4034

Although the Eleventh Amendment bars a section 1983 plaintiff from seeking money damages for termination from employment at a state mental hospital, plaintiff produced sufficient evidence of a First Amendment retaliation claim to survive summary judgment.
