Stone v. Unocal Termination Allowance Plan, 08-20254

In an ERISA action alleging that Defendant constructively discharged Plaintiff, resulting in Plaintiff being denied unemployment benefits, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed where Plaintiff failed to point to any similarly situated individuals whose constructive discharge claims were treated differently from his own.
