Waterfowl Ltd. Liab. Co. v. US, 05-30219
A judgment against defendant-government finding that its mineral royalty, attached to mineral servitudes on certain land, had prescribed in accordance with Louisiana law because of a lack of qualifying production for a period in excess of ten years is reversed where the royalty at issue had not yet prescribed as it was not prescriptible separately from certain servitudes.
