Penley v. Collin County, 05-40565

Dismissal of an inmate's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 complaint against several county officials alleging improper destruction of blood evidence that was used to convict him of involuntary manslaughter is affirmed where Heck v. Humphrey barred all of plaintiff's claims.
