HEGNA v. ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN, 03-10994, 03-20984

Plaintiff sought to obtain a default judgment against property owned by Iran, who gave partial support to terrorists who killed plaintiff, but the Court affirmed judgments of two district courts to quash writs of attachment and execution issued against two parcels of real property, owned by defendant, that were located in the United States.
