US v. Weaver, 10-4885

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting defendants' motion to dismiss charges for possession of firearms while employed by a convicted felon,18 U.S.C. section 922(h), judgment is reversed where Section 922(h) does not contain an inflexible requirement that the government prove compensation.
