US v. Farrior, 07-4498

Defendant's conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine is affirmed over defendant's challenges to: 1) a denial of his motion to suppress; 2) denial of his Batson objection to the government's strike of the only African American on the venire panel; 3) the denial of a motion for a new trial based on the government's closing argument; and 4) various aspects of his sentence.
