Appeal from conviction of two counts of mail fraud and one count of conspiracy, pursuant to written plea agreement, and 28-month sentence followed by 3-year term of supervised release, and order for restitution, is dismissed where appeal waiver contained in plea agreement is valid and issues raised by defendant fall within its scope.
