Taylor v. Federal Express, 04-2056

In a claim by plaintiff for employer failure to accomodate under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff is not disabled under the ADA since he retains the ability to engage in a wide range of daily activity and to work in numerous jobs.
