US v. T.M., 04-4564

Dismissal of defendant's juvenile proceeding, for lack of jurisdiction, is reversed where there is a substantial federal interest in his alleged offenses of conspiring to obstruct justice and carrying a hand gun in a robbery which warrants the exercise of federal jurisdiction.
