United States Fourth Circuit
US v. JANATI, 04-4081
The Court affirmed that the district court did not abuse its discretion by allowing charts for summarization of voluminous documents; however, it reversed the district court's ruling that the government is limited during its case-in-chief to acts in furtherance of a conpiracy.
