Yusupov v. Attorney General of the US, 09-3032
In a petition for review of an order of the BIA finding petitioners, natives and citizens of Uzbekistan, to be a danger to national security, petition is granted where petitioners are entitled to a mandatory witholding as a matter of law under CAT because petitioners will be persecuted and tortured on religious and political grounds if returned to Uzbekistan.
