United States Third Circuit

An order denying a pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court failed to apply the correct standard of review pursuant to the terms of the Anti- Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA); 2) petitioner was denied a speedy trial; 3) he received ineffective assistance of counsel; and 4) he was denied his right to counsel.
