US v. RANDOLPH, 03-1620, 03-1810

Under 18 U.S.C. section 2251(d), the three consolidated counts of child molestation to which defendant pled guilty in 1978 constituted three prior convictions, sufficient to trigger the 30-year minimum sentence for a defendant who has two or more prior convictions relating to the sexual exploitation of children.
