In an appeal from a judgment of the district court sentencing defendant to 51-months in prison for conspiring to commit bank fraud, judgment is affirmed where defendant was responsible for actual losses incurred during the entire period of the charged conspiracy, because his incarceration did not constitute a withdrawal from the conspiracy.
