An award of attorney's fees and punitive damages to defendant upon its successful defense of the plaintiffs' copyright infringement claim is affirmed. Bankruptcy's automatic stay of bankruptcy applies to this appeal as to two plaintiffs. The defense that punitive damages are unavailable for lack of an award of compensatory damages is forfeited.
