In a products liability action, district court's order applying Puerto Rico's relation-back rule and determining that the amended complaint did not relate back is reversed where the federal relation-back rule applies, and since the plaintiffs satisfied all the conditions for the application of the rule, their amended complaint relates back to the date of the commencement of the action.
