United States First Circuit
US v. Codarcea, 06-2426
Sentence for bank fraud, conspiracy and identity theft is affirmed over defendant's argument that the total loss was not reasonably foreseeable to him, thus the district court erred in attributing the total amount of the loss to him in its calculation of his sentence.
