Rolland v. Potter, 06-2536
In a suit by a postal worker against the U.S. Postal Service alleging that he was a qualified individual with a disability who was denied overtime work on the basis of that disability, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence of a qualifying disability for purposes of the Rehabilitation Act.
