Carrasquillo v. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, 06-2284

In an action under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging political discrimination in violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of political discrimination given a manager's lack of knowledge of plaintiff's political affiliation.
