US v. REYES-ECHEVARRIA, 02-1653

Conviction and sentence for drug conspiracy and distribution are affirmed over claims that the district court erred in 1) failing to dismiss the indictment, in admitting as evidence a death certificate without sanitation as to the cause of death, and 2) enhancing sentence to life without submitting the enhancement factor to the jury.
