Defendant's claims that 1) government failed to prove scienter required to convict on a drug importation charge; 2) district court inadequately instructed the jury on aiding and abetting; and 3) the district court erroneously applied Federal Rule of Evidence 801(d)(2)(E) to admit out-of-court statements of co-conspirators, are all denied.
