Williams v. Mohawk Indus., Inc., 08-13446
In an appeal from the District Court's order denying Plaintiffs' motion for class certification, the order is reversed where: 1) claims under RICO are often susceptible to common proof; and 2) the claim that Defendant hired illegal labor, which depressed the Plaintiffs' wages, was common to all putative class members.
