Under U.S.S.G. section 2F1.1, profits obtained by the defendant from non-authorized sales are a reasonable estimate of the loss suffered when a defendant who possesses a restricted right to distribute a product fraudulently diverts that product to nonauthorized buyers. (Republished opinion)
