US v. Anglin, 05-7070, 05-7071, 05-7073

Defendants' convictions for cutting and removing a forest product from a national forest without authorization are affirmed where the United States Forest Service had jurisdictional authority, there was sufficient evidence for the convictions, and defendants' constitutional rights were not violated.
