Upon consideration of the petition for rehearing en banc and the supplement thereto, and the absence of a request by any member of the court for a vote, it is

ORDERED that the petition be denied. The only way that appellant may seek review of minute orders granting the motion to strike and denying reconsideration thereof is to file a new notice of appeal within 60 days of entry of the district court's March 7, 2017 final judgment.
