United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Terry L.S. DORSEY, Plaintiff-Appellant, v. Warden Bobby P. SHEARIN; Warden Frank Bishop, Jr.; Chaplain Kevin Lamp, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 18-6418

Decided: September 12, 2018

Before DUNCAN and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and HAMILTON, Senior Circuit Judge. Terry Dorsey, Appellant Pro Se.

Terry Dorsey appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants and denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2012) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Dorsey v. Shearin, No. 1:15-cv-03645-GLR, 2018 WL 1570246 (D. Md. Mar. 30, 2018). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
