United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Marco STRICKLAND, Petitioner-Appellant, v. J.C. HOLLAND, Warden, Respondent-Appellee.

No. 18-6047

Decided: June 26, 2018

Before DIAZ and HARRIS, Circuit Judges, and SHEDD, Senior Circuit Judge. Marco Strickland, Appellant Pro Se.

Marco Strickland, a federal prisoner, appeals the district court's order dismissing his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2012) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we grant leave to proceed in forma pauperis and affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. Strickland v. Holland, No. 5:17-hc-02092-D, 2017 WL 8786924 (E.D.N.C. Dec. 29, 2017). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
