United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Lakshya SAINI, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 20-14249

Decided: August 25, 2021

Before JORDAN, GRANT, and BLACK, Circuit Judges. Michael B. Billingsley, U.S. Attorney Service - Northern District of Alabama, U.S. Attorney's Office, Birmingham, AL, for Plaintiff - Appellee. Lakshya Saini, Pecos, TX, Pro Se.

Wilson F. Green, appointed counsel for Lakshya Saini in this direct criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from representing Saini, supported by a brief prepared under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsel's assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Saini's conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
