United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Joshua GARDEN, Defendant-Appellant.

No. 21-10625

Decided: August 24, 2021

Before JORDAN, ROSENBAUM, and GRANT, Circuit Judges. Robert G. Davies, U.S. Attorney Service - Northern District of Florida, U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Florida, Pensacola, FL, Michelle Spaven, U.S. Attorney's Office, Panama City, FL, for Plaintiff-Appellee. Joseph F. DeBelder, Randolph Patterson Murrell, Federal Public Defender's Office, Tallahassee, FL, for Defendant-Appellant. Joshua Garden, Pensacola, FL, Pro Se.

Richard M. Summa, appointed counsel for Joshua Garden in this direct criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsel's assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel's motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Garden's convictions and sentences are AFFIRMED.
