IN RE: DATRIL BOSTON, Relator
In this mandamus proceeding, relator contends that the trial court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction, the proceedings are moot, the real party in interest did not have pleadings on file, and the lease agreement between relator and the real party in interest is null and void.1
We deny the petition for writ of mandamus. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
1. The underlying case is The Diamond Hill at Westheimer v. Datril Boston and All Other Occupants, cause number 1098956, pending in the County Civil Court at Law No. 1 of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable George Barnstone presiding.
