IN THE INTEREST OF S.M. AND L.M., CHILDREN
MEMORANDUM OPINION 1 AND JUDGMENT
Appellant attempted to appeal the trial court's Temporary Orders and Court Order for Emergency Temporary Restraining Order. On November 22, 2016, and January 23, 2017, we sent the parties letters informing them of our concern that we lack jurisdiction over this appeal because there did not appear to be a final judgment or appealable interlocutory order. On January 31, 2017, Appellant filed a “Statement of Jurisdiction” agreeing that this appeal should be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. We agree; therefore, we dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f).
