ORDER

On January 28, 2016, we dismissed the appeal of the original appellants, Champion Printing & Copying LLC d/b/a Jerry Hayes Photography and Jerry Hayes, because it appeared that they had neither paid nor made arrangements for payment for the clerk's record.  See Tex.R.App. P. 42.3(b).  It has come to the Court's attention that the filing of the clerk's record occurred contemporaneously with our issuance of the order dismissing the original appellants' appeal.  Accordingly, we withdraw our order dated January 28, 2016, and reinstate the appeal on the Court's docket.  We have amended the style of the case to reflect the reinstatement of the original appeal:   Appellants, Champion Printing & Copying LLC d/b/a Jerry Hayes Photography and Jerry Hayes// Cross–Appellants, Jennifer Nichols;  Nichols Photographers, Inc.;  and Jennifer Lindberg d/b/a Jennifer Lindberg Weddings v. Appellees, Jennifer Nichols;  Nichols Photographers, Inc.;  and Jennifer Lindberg d/b/a Jennifer Lindberg Weddings;  and John Does 1–4// Cross–Appellees, Champion Printing & Copying LLC d/b/a Jerry Hayes Photography and Jerry Hayes.  Appellants' and cross-appellants' briefs will be due on February 24, 2016.  See Tex.R.App. P. 38.6.

It is ordered January 29, 2016.
