Court of Appeals of Texas, Dallas.

TIFFANY WINKLER DOWDEN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

No. 05–11–00632–CR

Decided: December 19, 2011

Before Justices Morris, Francis, and Lang–Miers

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion By Justice Morris

Tiffany Winkler Dowden was placed on deferred adjudication community supervision for the offense of engaging in organized criminal activity.   After the trial court entered an order modifying the conditions of her supervision, appellant filed a notice of appeal.   An order amending community supervision conditions is not an appealable order.   See Basaldua v. State, 558 S.W.2d 2, 5 (Tex.Crim.App.1977).   We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
