IN RE: EQUIPMENT DEPOT, LTD., Relator
Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 1
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. cc-09-04876-A
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Opinion By Justice Morris
In this original proceeding, relator contends the trial judge abused her discretion by refusing to rule on its request for a default judgment within a reasonable time. By order dated January 26, 2010, we requested the trial judge to file a response to relator's petition for mandamus by February 5, 2010. In her February 17, 2010 response, the trial judge notified this Court that she has signed an order denying relator's motion for default judgment. Therefore, we deny relator's petition for writ of mandamus as moot.
