Florida v. Georgia, 142

Remanded to Special Master for further findings. Florida sued Georgia over equitably apportioning of water from an interstate river basin. The Supreme Court, exercising original jurisdiction, appointed a Special Master. The Special Master recommended dismissing the Florida complaint. The Court held that the Special Master applied too strict of a standard and stating that further findings are needed to determine as there has been no determination key remedy-related matters.
