Vacating and remanding the conviction of a man who had used a rental car to transport body armor and 49 bricks of heroin and was not listed on the rental agreement because although a driver in lawful possession or control of a rental car is not listed on the rental agreement this does not defeat their otherwise reasonable expectation of privacy against searches.
