Reversing and remanding the district court's denial of a motion to dismiss a claim brought by the former employee of a company, who was terminated after reporting suspected securities law violations to senior management, because he was not entitled to the protection of the anti-retaliation provision of Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act where he hadn't reported the violation of securities laws to the SEC and was therefore not a 'whistleblower.'
