Sentence for conviction of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1), is affirmed where the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, including United States Sentencing Guideline section 4B1.2(a)'s residual clause, are not subject to vagueness challenges under the Due Process Clause.
