Hall v. Florida, 12-10882

As interpreted by the Florida Supreme Court, Florida's rule requiring a threshold showing that a defendant have an IQ score of 70 or below before being permitted to present any additional intellectual disability evidence so as to be deemed ineligible for the death penalty, is unconstitutional.
