Chafin v. Chafin, 11-1347
The return of a child to a foreign country pursuant to a return order under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction does not render an appeal of that order moot, and therefore the courts below continue to have jurisdiction to adjudicate the merits of the parties' respective claims.
