United States Supreme Court
Hardy v. Cross, 11-74
In an appeal from a judgment of the appeals court granting respondent habeas relief from his convictions for criminal sexual assault, judgment is reversed where the state court's holding that the prosecution conducted the requisite good-faith search for an unavailable victim did not represent an unreasonable application of the Confrontation Clause.
