In a patent dispute involving the scope of the Bayh-Dole Act (the Act), 35 U. S. C. sections 201(e), (c), 202(a), judgment of the appeals court denying petitioner standing is affirmed where the Act does not automatically vest title to federally-funded inventions in federal contractors or authorize contractors to unilaterally take title to such inventions.
