MARYLAND v. PRINGLE, 02-809

Finding cocaine in the back armrest when defendant was a front-seat passenger in a car being driven by its owner was sufficient to establish probable cause for an arrest for possession, thus defendant's arrest did not contravene the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments.
