A criminal defendant who knowingly and voluntarily enters a guilty plea under Fed. R. Crim. P. 11(h), without objection, carries the burden of showing plain-error under Fed. R. Crim. P. 52, and a reviewing court may consult the entire record when considering the effect of any error on defendant's substantial rights.
